Beautiful hotel in the city center. The staff was amazing! Very professional and friendly. We stayed in the hotel with my cousin and she left her watch in the room when she was checking out. Thanks to the helpful staff who found the watch! We will definitely want to come back and stay more days :)

Walking through the entrance doors, you enter into a beautiful hotel with ornate decor. The staff at every level was exceptional and very helpful. We dined at all restaurants in the hotel, the service was exceptional. Our favorite was Le Grill, which was on the top floor. The breakfast dining area is stunning. The breakfast buffet was perfect and the wait staff will take your order for eggs, breakfast meats, and hash browns table side. The hotel also provides complementary entrance into the casino, which is next-door. The guest rooms were beautifully appointed, and every detail is attended to. The location was exceptional, and walking distance to most everything. The shopping in the area hosts all of the top end designers, along with many other more affordable shops.

An amazing hotel!!! Great for people watching. Special call out to the fantastic staff from check in to check out. My husband left his phone in a taxi and the staff contacted the taxi company for us and arranged to have the driver deliver it to our cruise ship.
